“I saw also several designs for two-door hardtops on the P.6 for another client, and these were, again, sensational.”

Silli (2012: S. 140): “The exceptional design of the model [PRX 4705] convinced the Rolls Royce management for Northern Italy to contact the Designer for the possibility of a development along the Phantom theme, in a coupé version. Frua readied a series of drafts for the new vehicle, which were delivered to the clients; the unvavourable social and economical moment made it unadvisable to continue with the project.”
